We are not standing idly by during this time and are taking action by doing the right thing for our community and those of you who serve that community!

What are we doing?

We are doing something that no one else has the capability of doing and that is presenting Intake|Engine, our Case Management and Intake solution for an annual subscription price, regardless of the size of your organization for the next 4 years for $24,995.00 a year. It doesn’t matter if your company has 100 users or 1,000 users. We are keeping it at a flat $24,995.00 a year.

Why are we doing this?

Because we are families with children and adults that have special needs – this is our community. We are here to honor them and honor you as a servant of the people. It is our way of giving back despite the budget cuts the administration has made and will continue to make that affect those in need within our community.

Why $24,995.00?

We understand that budgets are tight, RFP processes can take a long time, and that boards and committees can be roadblocks. So, we are taking the price below most thresholds to make it easier for you. We are putting the control in your hands and that of your department to continue to deliver critical services to your population with a technical edge and industry-leading features regardless of Federal cuts

How can you do this?

We aren’t a Fortune 500 company. We are a small, agile and heart-filled organization that has over 30 years of experience in developing different technologies for different sectors. We have the know-how, support, desire, and determination to do this for our community and for those of you who serve the community. While we are a for-profit organization, we care more about doing the right thing and delivering critical services to those in need outweighs the need to profit margins. We are also employee-owned so we do not answer to a board or shareholders.

What is Intake|Engine?

Intake|Engine is a culmination of years of experience working with those who serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disorders in both Intake and Case Management. Our system was designed by Intake and Service Coordinators and built on the latest technology platforms to ensure complete compliance with State and Federal regulations for patient and client confidentiality. Because these features are so important to other sectors, we have also moved into the Child and Aging services arenas to better serve them as well.

We manage everything from your Application and Inquiry process and its paperwork to the delegation of forms and signatures. No more expensive signatory authorities such as DocuSign, we have it all built into our portals. All of the critical components are built-in such as Scheduling, Document Management, and Messaging! Intake|Engine is also a Person-Centered application, with plenty of room for adding information about your Client or Member including pictures!

Intake|Engine is full-featured and offers both of our Client|Connect and Provider|Connect portals. Client|Connect allows your Clients, Members and their Caregivers to receive your Consent forms and other documents in your process. Your Clients. Members and their Caregivers will receive text and email messages that they have documents waiting. They can fill out their documents and sign them online. In addition to this, they can also upload important documents requested by your organization such as birth records, medical records, etc. With our built-in messaging, you can always stay in touch with your Clients, Members and Caregivers without sending emails or making phone calls!
